Product Description

Plasma Cutting Machines has a double side gear drive and it’s designed with strong steel construction for positioning capability at high speeds. You will have a precise cutting ability at X-Y axis with linear guide ways and 30m/min speed. It has ability to maintain constant at the same height and the quality, with the Arc-THC control sensor.
1. Perfect parallel movement:
The correct positioning is assured by high-resolution encoders, directly mounted on the motors. The synchronised system of the two motors assures perfect parallel movement of the gantry over the linear guides. Cutting Table: dry sectionized downdraft or water table is separately from the rails.
2. Automatic height positioning:
The ACCURL's gantry can accommodate multiple stations such as plasma and/or oxy torches. Included is a MicroEDGE Pro CNC Control unit, monitoring the Z-axis (by brushless AC Servo motor) for the automatic height positioning of the torch during the cutting process.
During the cutting process, the MicroEDGE Pro CNC unit measures the Arc Voltage and adjusts the Z-axis height to maintain a constant distance from the sheet for optimum cutting results.
3. Correct cutting height:
Each oxy-fuel torch carrier has an automatic flame ignition for the torch, as well as an integrated capacitive sensor "Hypertherm OHC" that controls the Z-axis movement (by brushless AC Servo motor ) for correct setting of the cutting height.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
1. Make up of gas decompression valve and pressure gauge.Clear to check the whole machine pressure.
2. Adopt U71 heavy-duty rail by fine machining.
3. According to user’s requirement,assemble CNC flame single torch,power-spray scribe torch,stamping unit,plasma mechanical torch or linear triple cutting torch,and also fit auto igniter and auto height controller.
4. To ensure the beam won’t deform,it is designed in welded square structure,tempered to eliminate mechanical stress,and then processed by precision machinery.It has high mechanical strength and good rigidity.High-precision and fine-grinded guide rail,gear wheel and gear rack in high steel quality are assembled on top of the beam.Therefore,the accuracy of latcral movement can be guaranteed.The transverse track is bolted on the beam for the convenience of replacement and adjustment.
